Returns & exchanges

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery.
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (flowers)
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We ship all our products within 1 week from purchase using USPS 3 Day Priority Mail.  However, due to COVID-19 we are experiencing delayed shipment times-anywhere from 5 to 7  business day delays. Please be aware that once your package has shipped, it may take up to a week to arrive. 

All packages are  tracked and show when they have arrived a their final destination. Any claims made stating that your package was not received, but shows that it has arrived at its final destination will need to be reported as a claim to the USPS. Unfortunately, we are not able to resolve these situations financially ourselves, but will do everything in our power to work on your behalf with the USPS to resolve any problems that may arise. If you have any concerns whatsoever, please let us know when placing your order and we can specify a signature delivery. This is possible for any size order but may require an additional shipping fee.
