Shipping Policy

We ship all our products using USPS 3 Day Priority Mail.  However, due to COVID-19 we are experiencing delayed shipment times; anywhere from 5 to 7  business day delays. Please be aware that once your package has shipped, it may take up to a week to arrive. 

All packages are  tracked and show when they have arrived a their final destination. Any claims made stating that your package was not received, but shows that it has arrived at its final destination your package will need to be reported as a claim with the USPS. Unfortunately, we are not able to resolve these situations financially ourselves but we will do anything in our power to work on your behalf with the USPS to resolve any problems that may arise. If you have any concerns whatsoever, please let us know when placing your order and we can specify a signature delivery. This is possible for any size order but may require an additional shipping fee.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to COVID-19 and the nature of our products sold, as well as  safety and contamination concerns, we are not able to resell any items  once they have been shipped to a customer. Because of this, we cannot accept returns. Please be sure about your purchases before finalizing your order. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped and processed.
